About the project
The project provides for cosntruction of blocks 4 to 9 floors high based on MONO and KOMPAKT sections developed by ALKUTA for low-storey buildings.
Functionally, all the residential blocks belong to an extensive recreation axis – this vehicle-free zone will become an attraction for the residents. It will comprise playgrounds, game sites and other leisure facilities. At the ground floor level there will be shops and stores. To the south-west from the estate, there is a forest park, which will be in the residents’ reac.
