About the project (provided by the applicant)
The mission of this proposal is creating a functional and comfortable place full of references to the books by Nikolay Nosov, as the library is named after this children’s story writer. Moreover, there will also be cozy rooms for reading and private work for adult users.
The book stock supported by the project is 65,500 books. Most of the library rooms outlook the Neva River and have panoramic glazing to make sure the views are absolutely stunning. Blue river water and fancy railings installed at the embankment complement the interior design of the library.
