About the project The concept of the Nilux residential complex is designed and presented based on the needs of the future audience. This building has nine floors above ground and four floors underground. These nine floors are dedicated to the living of three families, all three floors are a villa and have private yards. And each unit has a separate elevator as well as a swimming pool and independent amenities inside the unit. On the roof of this complex, which is a collective space for doing sports, there is a tennis court, walking path, gym, and spa.
the ground floor of the building has three office spaces are provided for its residents, which allows its residents to carry out business activities. Also, this floor has a meeting hall with a capacity of 400 people.
