About the project
The project was designed for a competition of design drafts of the Nizhny Symphony residential estate (Nizhny Novgorod) and won the 2^nd medal place.
The design site is located in the old part of the city, and thus, the design solution is in harmony with the surrounding grounds. It offers a top quality living environment, and at the same time the author remembers that a project should be economically recoverable.
Compact living developments are complemented with  cozy green grounds. Above-the-ground part of every building comprises three independent volumes, making the development more diverse and aerial. Play- and sports grounds are designed on the edge of the living premises ensuring acoustic comfort.
