About the project
Núcleo Medico Darg, is an office rental project for highly specialized doctors, located near the heart of the city of Morelia, on Ventura Puente Avenue, a privileged place for a nucleus of this level. The project is born from an existing house which was intended to be reused as a medical nucleus, preserving the original structure by 90%. The proposal has a minimalist style, the facade is composed of necessary elements such as access gates to the center and premises for rent, a lattice on the facade of the offices, vegetation for a touch of color and a led strip that shades the logos Of the brand. It has different sizes, two levels, a therapy pool, kitchenette and surveillance room, with 11 offices designed for general practitioners, dentists, gynecologists and therapists, being premises of different sizes. With a sober palette, natural materials and a different proposal, it unloads the Medical Nucleus.
