About the project
This private villa stands surrounded by an old forest, close to the Caspian Sea.
There are several spring wells at the site, which the authors use to fill a decorative pond enclosed by the whole range of buildings – the house, the SPA with a swimming pool, the patio, and the summer kitchen.
