About the project
The design of the house is a response to the hot climate and the austerity of the steppe landscape. The site has a five-meter height difference hence the house’s multi-level structure.
The natural slope and the L-shaped house make up a private courtyard. It houses a terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers and a cozy seating area by the outdoor fireplace.
The total area of the building is over 1500 sq. m.
