About the project
This site has all he chances to become a new attraction point both for locals and tourists. Besides landscaping and beautification of the premises, it was decided to introduce a new hotel network capable of 800 guests. Today, the site embraces passive leisure zones, walking routes, a BBQ sector, an eco-path for safe wandering in the open air, as well as active leisure zones, a beach and a boat rental.
The objectives of the project were improving the attractiveness and functionality of the hotel premises without interfering into its natural appearance.
