About the project
The music school will comprise a teaching block and a concert and rehearsal center, as well as an hostel for students. There will be everything needed for studying – classrooms, conference halls, the library, the media center etc. The hostel for 100 students is designed with 4-bed living modules.
In plan view, the building is an O-shaped four-storey volume with an integrated rectangular section. On the side of the north-eastern façade, there is a gallery at the first floor decorated with aluminum lamellas. Inside the gallery, there is an amphitheater for 172 seats under a glass canopy.
