About the project
The residential complex is set in the northwest of the city on an 18.5-hectare site. The project aims to create a harmonious living environment, offering the residents comfort, diversity, safety, accessibility, and sustainability.
The complex comprises 5 residential blocks, a school, and a kindergarten. A promenade with a variety of public spaces will run along the longitudinal axis of the site. It houses a market, a large children's playground, a garden with outdoor musical instruments, an outdoor gym, and a quiet area to observe sunsets.
The color scheme for the facades, which features elements of traditional ornaments, uses the most common color combinations in the Republic of Dagestan.
