About the project
Surrounded by water, Kronstadt lacks new areas for residential development, while its position predetermines the architectural character and types of the town’s urban spaces. The project offers a new concept for residential buildings based on artificially created islands and featuring multifunctionality, new technologies and modern style.
The new residential complex with a leisure centre on the reclaimed lands facilitates comfortable and logical pedestrian flows and shapes new public spaces. The project presents non-standard architectural and layout solutions and promotes a new approach to construction in the immediate vicinity of water.
