About the project
This residential development features most recognizable elements of the Russian Avant-garde. The composition and proportions of the building, facade elements and the beautification concept are brutal yet charismatic, and all the same modern and suitable for comfortable living.
Roof lines are extended with vertical paned stanzas. One of the facades feature a curve dropping down that resembles a theater curtain. The vivid color palette is represented by many shades of silicate bricks – from lilac to orange. Lobbies are decorated with art reproductions of Avant-garde artists of the early 20^th century.
