Abouttheproject A house for a family of six in the reclaimed land (Dubai).
The design concept was conditioned by the local climate – hot air and scorching sun. Terraces offer cool shade, and on the sea side, the storeys protrude one above another to shade the inner premises.
The façade along the road is stairs-like, with decorative pergolas and green plants. All of it makes the house look as a garden cottage where nature prevails over architecture.
Water is falling along the vertical wall in the center of the house, ensuring natural cooling. Stairs and elevators within are supplemented with a ramp for vertical communication.
