About the project
The 11,126.6 sq.m. site is located in the western part of Rostov-on-Don. The traffic-free mall comprises 9 freestanding pavilions. Outside, there are several squares, a large one and some small campos.
The mall was designed in order to create a new meeting place, which are few in this residential area. The pavilions have retail and public spaces. The central square, flanked by terraces of restaurants, features a dry deck fountain with the function of activating particular nozzles. This space can be transformed into a mobile stage. In the northern part, there is a children's playground. It borders an amphitheater, which looks towards the central square.
