About the project
At the territory of former cotton warehouses a public square was arranged after some cleaning works, where the Architecture of Movement Festival took place. Today, works on creation of the new social and cultural urban venue TEXTIL are on the go. Within the ex-transport workshops, headquarters of Kremnev Atelier, the architectural studio, and the non-profit entity Regional Agency of Creative Initiatives were established.

The architects considered options of reconstruction (restoration and readjustment) of the best surviving unheated transport workshop of the Yaroslavskaya Big Plant. Their colleagues arranged meetings with local historians and regeneration experts from Russia, Sweden, and America, and elaborated an event program under the unique format of Urban Weekend.

The second important stage was the Project for regeneration of the premises of the historical part of the Krasnoperekopsky District (Yaroslavl) and the Project of the Remarkable Place.
