About the project
The project offers preservation and readjustment arrangements for the existing buildings.  The main solution connects them into a common ensemble and extends them with a yacht club – and this is where the buildings are connected by the landscape itself.
Standing on the stylobate of the parking, the complex creates a space for people, not for cuts. Protruding structures of the existing yacht club is preserved, but the new facilities follow the same guidelines.
