About the project
The villa in the Imereti Lowlands is located on a slope looking towards the Black Sea. It blends in with the natural landscape, absorbing the colors, textures, and silhouettes of the surroundings.
The building’s silhouette is reminiscent of both a mountainous terrain with forests and a seascape with a pebble beach thanks to the shape of the roof. The pattern of clinker tiles laid vertically imitates the sun's rays. Decorative lamellas are intended to shade the facade.
The total area of ​​the house is 270 sq.m. It comprises 3 bedrooms with walk-in closets and bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a patio, a terrace near the pool, and a sauna. The swimming pool 11m long and has a spa area. The garage can hold 2 cars.
