About the project
The exhibition telling the visitors about the architecture department of the Higher Art and Technical Studios - VKhUTEMAS was arranged in the Shchusev State Museum of Architecture.
The authors had to place many large-scale exhibits within a small space and present not only a variety of studios, but also sum up the current results of the Studios work.
Abandoning the visual language typical for exhibitions of the early 20th century, they used lots of details that don’t distract the viewer and didn’t use many red highlights or unprocessed wood. Letterings on the walls and labels reecho accent color lights and the composition at the entrance.
