About the project
A 1959 restoration in the up-and-coming Beecher Hills neighborhood is raising the standard for home-buyers in Atlanta’s southwest side. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2,500 square foot property is designed with immaculate care and attention to detail, offering the area a new level of sophistication and style.
This Mondrian-inspired design debut from local boutique design-build firm Perspectiva LLC features a contemporary and completely original take on its mid-century roots, while keeping intact the historic influences from its storied past. Situated close to the beltline, the nearly 1-acre lot is also surrounded by beautiful forests and trails.
“We designed this space to provide a unique living experience with eye-catching details and a focus on functionality,” say Santiago Ramirez and Ismael Carrera, co-designers and co-owners of Perspectiva. “This home is an exciting example of what you can offer a community when you break from the current, expected molds and trends.”
