Best Implemented Project of Private Residence
About the project
This villa is located In Damavand in Rooh Afza neighborhood. It’s especially designed and constructed for a populous and crowded family. When we started working, we were really impressed by grandfather’s memories. During the process of design, the grandfather passed away and because of that this villa was named the father’s house.
In this project, all the client’s demands and needs including: mechanical room in the -1 floor, one guest room, elevator, kitchen, dining room, living room, TV room, bar and the game table in the first floor and four season swimming pool and janitory is also designed in the yard.
In addition, we tried not to cut trees during the process of designing.because of that a part of the villa's space was curved inwards due to the presence of an old walnut tree.
In line with the old walnut tree, a void was designed to the height of the entire building from the ground floor to the ceiling at a height of seven meters in order to bring lights into the upstairs.
