About the project
The project is a design proposal for an innovative mass housing construction in Pune, India with a site area spanning over 6 Acres.
Society is changing dynamically by the day, and so are its ever-growing needs and requirements. One very crucial part of the basic requirements of society is the need to have a comfortable shelter.
The aim of the design thus revolves around this very crucial aspect, taking it a step further by incorporating modern building techniques, smart design, and innovative technology to create an excellent user experience. The aim of the project is to integrate the home, the amenities, and nature in a seamless fashion to build a healthy and happy community of inhabitants.
The design incorporates a number of unique features, that take the entire living experience to the next level. The main aim of incorporating green spaces in close proximity to the living spaces is achieved by making green break-out zones on the bridges as well as the podium.
