About the project
Villa Nygaard is designed for a 4,000 sqm large natural plot located in the first row to the coast. The home has approx. 600 sqm under roof and occupies the two plateaus of the plot. The orientation of the plot and the passage of the sun on it have shaped the home, so you can enjoy the view and the surroundings from anywhere. Based on Danish functionalism, references are drawn back in time with the architectural design language.
