A high-tech U-shaped house. At its center is a kitchen-living room with a multi-level roof, offering more light and volume. One wing houses the children’s rooms, the other features a private master bedroom. The zones do not intersect but are unified by the overall logic of the house, where each resident has their own space. The layout includes access to two terraces facing different directions, one of which is partially covered. A carport is integrated into the outer perimeter, maintaining the architectural unity. The house features clear zoning, a cozy atmosphere, and a strong connection with the site. The façades are defined by clean lines and smooth surfaces — nothing superfluous.
