About the project
In the town of Millerovo, the Rostov Region, there used to be a confectionary plant, which ceased its operations in the 80s of the 20th century. For many years the building stood abandoned and became completely deteriorated.
In 2015, the building was acquired by AMILKO company, and the company’s executives decided to rearrange it into a multi-function complex, comprising apartments for executives and top managers, and a private hotel with a restaurant for foreign delegations that visit AMILKO on a regular basis.
We decided to rearrange existing premises into a loft space and to establish a building for the company owner on the roof of the former plant.
