Category Best Implemented Project of Public Building or Facility
About the project In the fall of 2017, the design and completion of a half-built building with a concrete frame in the limits of Naqsh Jahan Square was assigned to our office.
The project was located on the west side of Naqsh Jahan Square, located in Saadi Pass, at the corner of dead-end , that end with old residential buildings.
According to the rules of urban planning and the cultural heritage، designing and building facade, the use of materials should be selected with high sensitivity and appropriate to the zonal texture.
According to the client's request, at first this building was designed based on a residential plan, but after seeing its special location and a good view of Naqsh Jahan Square, we went to the client with the idea of a boutique hotel.
