Best Implemented Apartment / Private House Interior Design Project
About the project (provided by the applicant) This is my own apartment, where I live with my husband.
The project began at the stage of purchasing the property. We carefully approached the choice of layout. The developer had allocated space for a wardrobe in the hallway and a niche for a closet in the bedroom, so no major remodeling was required. All needs were met: a bedroom with a designer’s workspace, a kitchen with access to the loggia, a separate wardrobe, and a spacious hallway.
A major advantage of the apartment is the high ceilings — 3.2 m, since it is on the first floor. This height immediately provides more airiness and freedom for creativity. To make the space feel cozier, the bedroom ceiling is painted in a blue-green color that extends onto the wall. In the kitchen, we added a touch of brutalism, leaving the concrete ceiling covered with matte varnish.
The main background of the interior is a warm white shade, applied to all walls and the hallway ceiling. Accents are terracotta, present in varying proportions throughout almost every zone, and blue-green.
