Applicant and author of the project
Torsten Skoetz, architect, finished his studies in 1990 at Fachhochschule Hannover, later lived and worked in Hamburg, Barcelona, Munich and in Zurich. During his career, he worked for Prof. Winking, Nietz, Prasch, Enric Miralles and Benedetta Tagliabue as well as Prof. Justus Dahinden and Vehovar Jauslin, BFB Architekten.
