About the project
The hotel is located in an irregularly shaped site. One might say that the building belongs with the inner development and contributes more to the yard environment than the one of the streets.
A semi-underground parking area, a public catering zone and a maintenance space for the hotel’s ground floor are united in a two-floor stylobate, facing Ligovsky Prospect with the front door and transforming into a tower in the middle of the site.
An oxygonal corten steel “crystal” is located atop the tower, its pointed corners determined by insolation lines leading to adjoining buildings.
