About the project (provided by the applicant) The project site is located in the Arctic zone in Olenegorsk, on the shore of Lake Bolshaya Imandra.
The main feature of the natural center is its industrial approach. The prefabricated frame-panel building is a two-story complex in which all functional blocks are connected by an atrium. Facade finishing materials include wood-effect panels and natural stone.
The interior design follows an eco-style. The main idea is to bring visitors closer to nature, using materials such as wood and natural stone, with a glazed atrium space.
The concept of the public space focuses on creating a recreational area suitable for public events and evening relaxation for guests. This is achieved through a “natural” landscape and architectural forms scaled to human proportions.
