The project is located in the center of Kazan and represents a premium-class club residential building with complex, detailed, and unique architectural design. The façade’s sculptural composition features minimal repetition, creating challenging conditions for the design team while inspiring the creation of a distinctive object.
The building consists of three five-story blocks, each with two sections, as well as an underground parking facility. In the inner courtyard between sections 2 and 3, there is a single-story stylobate with an accessible rooftop.
The project includes features emphasizing its premium class, such as multiple common areas for residents’ gatherings and bespoke landscaping.
