About the project Agrinio City is located at the western Greece near a large agricultural land. Prismatic volumes residence had to deal with the high summer temperatures in a such a way that only architecture can achieve. Therefore, inspired by the sun path during the summer season, the pyramidal roofs designed to offer the least surface at the sun exposure and the heat. Subsequently, this unique composition of volumes offer a high aesthetic result and a high energy efficiency.

Applicant and author of the project Konstantinos Kartsaklis is an architect and graphic designer.He has been finalist and honoured with praise in architectural competitions in Greece and Paris.He has conceived the synthetic idea for the design of a Monument to the Fallen in Athens.He undertook the redesign of the logo of the Patra’s Municipality.He has been in charge of visual communication for the Historical Archive of the National Bank of Greece. His research field is the search for forms of urban discontinuity in the greek city.
